Synopsis[]
Petscop 12 starts off in the right side of the Quitter's Room. The demo text is visible at the top of the screen, and the player is moving sporadically. Suddenly they warp to the entrance of the room, walking to the mirror seeing a second guardian with a red triangular head. The second guardian's actions perfectly mimic Paul's movements from Petscop 10.

The player then leaves the room, and collides with the second guardian, which immediately disappears. The player is able to move freely again. They collect some pieces, and the counter shows these are the first pieces collected on this file.
The player heads South, and a text box appears:
Hi Belle.
You're free!
I left these messages for you to look at, in case you were ever rescued.
So, while you walk around, looking for something to do, I'll come up periodically.
When the messages run out, I'll be out of your hair forever and ever.
As the player continues exploring, several additional text boxes appear. One of which states that the player has "apparently been running Petscop nonstop for 553758221 seconds, or 153822 hours."
Upon reaching the Newmaker Plane, the player finds Marvin, who is making the same exact movements from the beginning of the school demo shown in Petscop 11, until his movement freezes at the point where he would normally enter the school.
After walking around some more, the player opens up the pause menu, revealing 101 pieces collected, and the option to quit is missing. The video then ends.

Given the fact that Rainer tells Marvin not to get lost in Petscop 20 through messages while in the Newmaker Plane, it's a possibility that the messages addressed to Tiara/Belle are from Rainer as well, as the messenger tells her not to get lost (since she's also in the Newmaker Plane).
